Sensory Friendly Day at the Woodlands Children’s Museum

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The Woodlands Children’s Museum is hosting an event exclusively for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and sensory processing differences. During Sensory Friendly Day, young guests will enjoy sensory exploration through exhibits and hands-on activities, as well as social and imaginary play, art projects and a special “cool down classroom.” Families are invited to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy at the outdoor tables near the entrance to the museum. The cost of admission has been waived for this special event that welcomes children with autism and their families to the museum.

Recommended for ages 7 years and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The cost of admission has been waived for this special event.
