Area Pro Group and Ruth Stultz & Co. Announce Merger of Firms

CONROE, TX -- Area Pro Group Real Estate, LLC (APG) and Ruth Stultz & Company Real Estate (RSCO) have announced the merger of their two firms effective immediately. “We are so excited to join with a group of agents with the stellar reputation that Ruth Stultz and her agents have enjoyed over the years,” Bryan Hedges, Owner and Managing Member of APG said. “We also believe that we will serve our clientele better by having offices on the north and south sides of Lake Conroe.” The combined firm will now be home to over 30 local real estate agents.

Hedges will continue to run the day to day operations of the firm while Ruth and Chad Stultz, Owners of RSCO, will stay with the firm in different roles. Ruth, a long time Realtor in the area, will continue to serve her clients in that capacity and be integrally involved in the business. Chad will be focusing more on his home building, Chadwick Homes, as well as his wedding venue, Jennings Trace. He will also continue to serve in recruiting and business development roles for the firm.

APG is a relatively young company but has a wealth of experience among its agents. Located at the former Bentwater Sales Office location at 100 Bentwater Drive, Montgomery, TX 77356, the firm experienced rapid growth after its founding in the spring of last year. RSCO, on the other hand, has been an established player in the local real estate market. Their office at 13080 Hwy 105 W, Conroe, TX 77304 will continue to serve clients as the South Lake office of APG.
