SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston completes the sale of ± 2 acres in Conroe, TX

CONROE, TX -- SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston, one of the Houston region’s top commercial real estate brokerage companies and an industry leader, has completed the sale of a ±2 acre parcel at the southwest corner of State Highway 242 and Lexington Drive in Conroe, TX, to LK Pop Holdings, LLC, for an undisclosed price. The land parcel will be used for a future Popeyes restaurant.

Diana Gaines, Senior Advisor of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston, represented the private sellers. Greg Slusky of Sluco Realty Services represented the buyer, LK Pop Holdings, LLC, in the transaction.

Gaines said, “The east side of I-45 on SH 242 has multiple residential and commercial developments underway and continues to be very active. The sale to a restaurant developer for a Popeyes restaurant will be a nice addition to existing retail in this market area.”
