Mary Gant Bell's class on the importance of chronicling your history, and making the writing process easier, was so successful - we're turning it into a series of classes! Each class will highlight an aspect of writing and publishing your history or your family's history. Mary is the author of several books on Genealogy and multiple fiction series. Calling all needlecrafters! Get together with other crafters to socialize while you work on your projects. Open to anyone who knits, crochets, embroiders, or does other needlecrafts.

Children 5 to 12 years old

'Read to the Dogs' is a literacy program in partnership with Pets With a Mission, Inc. Readers will select a short book of their choice and spend 5-10 minutes reading to a trained dog with their owner/handler in attendance. Parents must remain available in the Children's Department while their child is reading.
