WANTED: Who Killed 14-Year-Old Carlos Lugo?

HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Murder.

Reward of up to $5,000 leading to the charging and arrest of the suspect(s) in this case.


On Saturday, February 4, 2023, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Carlos Lugo, 14-years-old, was found deceased in the 2000 block of Firnat St. in Houston, Texas. Carlos had been reported missing in January 2022. He was shot to death and found just a mile from where he was last seen. It is unknown where the teen was killed and there are no known suspect(s) or motive at this time.

The family of Carlos Daniel Lugo is requesting the community's help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this Murder.
