Grand Central Park Hosts ‘live the Sweet Life’ Home Tour

CONROE, TX -- Homebuyers will get a taste of the community’s sweet life during a tour spotlighting nine professionally decorated model homes, weekends throughout June.

Model homes will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Visitors can register to win a $500 gift card at each of the models.

“We can’t wait to share the sweet life our residents enjoy every day,” said Amanda Burke, Director of Marketing for Grand Central Park. “In addition to beautiful homes, residents can hike our trails, swim or workout at The Lake House amenity complex, kayak on Paddle Lake and hang out at our gorgeous parks. If they need something, 336 Marketplace and Marcel Boulevard are just around the corner.”

The tour will end on a tasty note 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 24, with milkshakes for everyone while supplies last at The Finding Place, 750 Grand Central Parkway in Conroe.

Model homes by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Tri Pointe Homes, and Westin Homes will be open for touring.
