WANTED: Who killed James Bowman?

HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Capital Murder.
It has been nearly seven years since James Bowman was shot and killed. His killer(s) are still out there. On Saturday, October 15, 2016, at approximately 3:50 p.m., Mr. Bowman was shot and killed in the 9400 block of Concourse Dr. in Houston, Texas. The 73-year-old was discovered deceased in his vehicle from an apparent gunshot wound.
The family of James Bowman is requesting the community's help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this Murder.
