WANTED: Who is he? He is wanted for Sexual Assault

HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division-Adult Sex Crimes Unit need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for Sexual Assault.
On Monday, July 24, 2023, at approximately 4:16 p.m., the victim was sexually assaulted in the 1100 block of Fannin St. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, video surveillance captured the suspect and victim sitting down at the location having a conversation. The suspect gave the victim an unknown substance which made them pass out. Then, the suspect sexually assaulted the victim while they were unconscious. The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction.
Suspect Description: Dark complexion Hispanic male, 5’6”-5’9”, 190-230 lbs., medium length wavy hair.
