HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.

Reward of up to $5,000 leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in this case.


On Sunday, October 15, 2023, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Dewayne Brinac was struck by a vehicle in the 12800 block of Crosby Lynchburg Rd. in Harris County, Texas. Mr. Brinac was riding a bicycle northbound when a car hit him from behind. Mr. Brinac suffered major injuries, and sadly died as a result of the collision.

The suspect vehicle is described as 2011-2015 Chrysler Town & Country that is dark colored.
