HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.

Reward of up to $5,000 leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in this case.


On Sunday, October 22, 2023, at approximately 2:39 a.m., Sarah McDaniel was struck by a vehicle in the 2100 block of N. Loop West Rd. in Houston, Texas. Ms. McDaniel was walking across the street when an unknown vehicle traveling eastbound hit her. The driver fled the scene without rendering aid. Sadly, Ms. McDaniel's injuries were too severe, and she died.
