Assistance Needed in Locating Fugitive (Luis Alonzo Morales) Wanted for Indecency with Child

HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division seek the public's help in finding Luis Alonzo Morales, a fugitive wanted for Indecency with Child (Sexual Contact).

On Thursday, April 13, 2023, Morales engaged in indecent acts with a child victim in the 5300 block of De Soto St. in Houston, Texas. Subsequently, during the investigation, the victim disclosed the incident, revealing that Morales had engaged in inappropriate sexual contact with the child.

Luis Alonzo Morales is described as a 33-year-old Hispanic male, approximately 5’06” tall, weighing 160 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair.
