HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers, in collaboration with the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division, urgently seeks the public's assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a fatal Hit and Run incident.

At around 3:52 a.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, a devastating event occurred in the 3000 block of S. Loop West Rd. in Houston, Texas. Heather Lynn Nanez, while on the freeway, was hit by a westbound-traveling vehicle. Disturbingly, the suspect(s) heartlessly left the scene without providing assistance to the victim. The impact of the collision inflicted severe injuries on the victim, ultimately resulting in their untimely death.
