CONROE, Texas--The Woodlands High School graduate (class of 2011), Richmond Champion, earned $1,000,000 first-place money along with one million dollars bonus for coming from the qualifying ranks to win at the world’s largest and richest one-day rodeo at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on Saturday, March 2, 2014.
Champion, who is now a junior at Tarleton State University, competes in the bareback event.
